Pennsylvania Medical Assistance may cover eligible home and community-based services for qualified individuals. Financial, functional, program, service, and authorization requirements apply. Our team can help explain the process, but eligibility and coverage cannot be guaranteed.
What we can and cannot tell you
We can walk you through the general process, explain what our agency provides, and point you to the county and state offices that make eligibility decisions.
We cannot approve coverage, promise a benefit amount, or decide eligibility. Those determinations are made by the Commonwealth and its assessment partners.
