Working here

Why work with our team

Work that is visible

You see the difference your visit makes in someone's day, immediately and directly.

Local assignments

Clients are in Scranton and nearby communities, so you are working in your own area.

An office that answers

Scheduling questions and concerns go to a coordinator, not into a queue.

Schedules discussed with you

We talk through availability rather than assigning shifts you cannot work.

Clear expectations

Each assignment comes with a care plan, so you know what the visit involves before you arrive.

Room to grow

We support caregivers as they learn each assignment and grow into the work. Ask our office about current openings and what onboarding involves for the role.
