This page explains how you can contact Decent Home Care, LLC about privacy-related requests connected to the public website and contact form. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and not every privacy law applies to every person or business.
1. Requests you may make
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us about:
- Information we hold about you in connection with a website inquiry
- Access to that information
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of information
- Restriction of certain processing
- Objection to certain processing
- Withdrawal of optional consent, if any was provided
- Information about service providers that support the website
- A copy of information you submitted, where we can reasonably locate it
The website does not currently collect marketing consent, and it does not currently run analytics or advertising preference tools.
2. How to submit a request
To submit a privacy-related request, contact us through our Contact page. Please do not include Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, passwords, detailed medical records, or unnecessary identity documents in your initial request.
When you contact us, it helps to include:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number you used when contacting us, if applicable
- A clear description of your request
- Approximate date of any website inquiry, if known
Decent Home Care does not currently offer a dedicated automated privacy portal. Requests are handled manually.
3. What not to include
Please do not send:
- Social Security numbers
- Insurance or Medicaid identification numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
- Detailed medical information or diagnoses
- Unnecessary identity documents
We may ask for limited additional information only when reasonably needed to locate records or verify that we are responding to the right person.
4. Verification and limits
We may need to verify your identity in a reasonable way before acting on a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law, where we cannot verify the requester, or where records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
Website contact submissions are emailed through Brevo and are not stored in a Decent Home Care website database. Some copies may exist only in email systems, provider logs, or backups. We will take reasonable steps based on what we can locate and control.
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to our activities, you may have additional privacy rights. We do not promise a specific legal response deadline on this page.
5. Marketing and cookies
There is currently no marketing email signup on this website, so there is no separate marketing opt-out control for website form submissions. There is also no cookie-preference panel because the site does not currently use optional analytics or advertising tracking categories. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Related information
For a fuller description of website data practices, read the Privacy Policy. For website use rules, read the Terms of Use.
